Concord Law School seems to imply this, on a banner ad soon to appear during your next check-in on LinkedIn:
(I’m not sure if the gentleman who appears in the ad is a Concord student, a Concord instructor, or just Mr. Clip Art.)
This ad may be referring to Concord’s Executive JD program, which apparently doesn’t permit a student to sit for the bar exam. There’s more about that program here.
According to Concord:
Your expertise + a law degree = unbeatable career.
I would imagine that this calculus is true for some who get an online legal education; for others, “caveat emptor” comes to mind.
And you don’t need to go to law school to understand that.
(Banner ads alone aren’t legal ed innovation; Jordan Furlong catalogs that interesting trend here.)
