As a service to the managing partner community, I offer a suggestion as to how to make an impact the next time you have an “all hands” meeting. Once everyone is seated, have the lights turned down. Then cue the music, stroll in with confidence and a smile, and belt this out, making eye contact first with those people who are in your office most often:
